Dr. Hadjerioua will be leading a new group in the company’s power generation business unit that will be dedicated to water resources, river operations, and river system and hydropower development. Before joining Mesa, Dr. Hadjerioua was the water power energy lead for Oak Ridge National Laboratory since 2010. Prior to that, he was river operation manager for the Tennessee Valley Authority for 18 years. Dr. Hadjerioua has a bachelor’s degree in hydraulic engineering from Polytechnic School of Algiers and master’s and doctorate degrees in civil engineering and engineering mechanics from the University of Arizona. He has more than 30 years of experience in water resources and hydropower and river operations. Dr. Hadjerioua has authored more than 160 papers and technical reports. He is a fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is a member of the conference planning committee for HYDROVISION International.
