Jobs and People IHA, ESCP partner on hydropower industry workforce survey Elizabeth Ingram 5.22.2024 Share The International Hydropower Association (IHA) and students from ESCP Business School in Paris have partnered to understand the workforce challenges the hydropower industry is facing and to predict obstacles that may arise in the future. IHA said the survey should take 10 to 12 minutes to complete, and the deadline is June 16. To gather valuable and comprehensive data, IHA requests participation from: Professionals working in the hydropower sector (operators, consultants, original equipment manufacturers, etc.) Individuals not in the hydropower sector but who have considered or are considering pursuing a career in it. IHA is a non-profit membership association that is the voice for sustainable hydropower, and its membership manages and operates around a third of global installed hydropower worldwide.
